Seminar Facilitator

Dr. Udo Fluck, IGCTC's founder and director of seminar development, is a German-born, cross-cultural researcher, educational entrepreneur and trainer. He has two decades of experience as a faculty member, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as seminars, at the University of Montana.​

Fluck’s research and training interests focus on the development of innovative and interactive learning structures that increases cultural competence in participants. He maintains an active, nationally recognized research portfolio, related to cultural and global sensitivity and skill development.

He has been an invited speaker at over 40 national and international conferences, symposia, and colloquia, sharing his research results and pedagogical approaches of the past two decades, as a solo presenter, joint presenter, panelist and keynote speaker. His academic papers have been downloaded over 2,200 times, according to ScholarWorks. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹Fluck has presented more than 1,000 documented, impactful trainings to date!
